Privacy & terms

How we handle your data on this site, in our demos, and in the agents we build for clients, and the terms we work under.

Noetikon is an AI studio in Athens. We help businesses find where AI fits, run our own products such as Nex, build custom agents and automations, and train teams to use them. This page explains in plain language what happens to your information when you visit this site, try our demos, or work with us. The short of it is that we collect little, we host in the EU, we follow the GDPR, and we never sell your data or use it to train our own models. If a question ever comes up, write to us at hello@noetikon.gr, or to Noetikon, Apollonos 3, Syntagma, 105 57 Athens.

It matters in what capacity we hold your information. When you use this website, our demos or our contact form, or when you open a Nex account, we are the ones deciding why and how your data is used, so we are responsible for it and everything here applies. When we build or run an AI agent for a client, the data passing through it belongs to that client and we act only on their written instructions under a separate agreement, so if you met one of our agents on another company's website, that company is the one to ask about your data.

We only ever collect what we genuinely need, and always for a clear reason. When you email us or use the contact form, we keep your name, the address or number you reached us from, and your message, with your consent, so that we can reply. If you open a Nex account, we hold the account and billing details needed to run and charge for the service as part of our contract with you, and because payments run through a dedicated provider we never see full card numbers. When you type into a live demo, your message is processed in the moment to generate a reply and then discarded, which we do to show how the work behaves. And we keep anonymous, aggregated figures such as pages visited, device type and rough country, which cannot identify you, so that we can improve the site.

The demos deserve a word of their own. They are real, working agents, so when you send a message it travels to a third-party AI provider that runs the model and writes the reply, and we keep none of it. Because your words leave our hands for that moment, please do not type anything personal or sensitive into a demo. They are there to show how the AI behaves, not to handle real data, and we never use what is typed into them to train our own models.

The same principle holds for the agents we deliver. When a custom build or a Nex deployment runs for a client, it handles whatever data that client asks of it, whether enquiries, bookings or records from their own systems, and we touch that data only to provide the service, on their instructions, under a data-processing agreement. We never use one client's data for another, and never to train our own models. If you are a customer of a business that uses our AI and you want to see or remove your data, ask that business and we will help them answer.

Beyond replying to you and running all of the above, we use what we hold to operate and improve this site and our products, to bill for paid services, and to meet our legal obligations, and we make no automated decisions that produce a legal or similarly significant effect on you. The site itself sets only essential cookies, one to remember the language you chose and one to keep it working, and it carries no advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party marketing scripts.

We never sell your data, and we share it only with the handful of providers that help us run Noetikon: our EU hosting and infrastructure, the AI providers behind the demos and agents, the provider that bills Nex, and an anonymous analytics tool, each bound by a contract that holds them to our instructions. We keep data inside the EU or EEA wherever we can, and when a provider has to process it elsewhere, as some AI providers do, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses so that it keeps the same level of protection.

We hold on to personal data only for as long as we need it, then delete or anonymise it. Contact messages stay until your enquiry is dealt with and are then removed, analytics are anonymous and aggregated from the start, demo conversations are never stored at all, and Nex account and billing records last for as long as we run the service and the law requires us to keep them.

The data is yours. Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, hand it to you in a portable form, or withdraw a consent you gave us earlier. Write to hello@noetikon.gr and we will answer within a month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you are free to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr, though we would always rather put things right ourselves first.

We protect what we hold with industry-standard care, so connections to this site are encrypted, our infrastructure sits in the EU, access is controlled, and we work with reputable providers. No system is ever perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low and to act quickly if something goes wrong. None of this is meant for children under sixteen, we do not knowingly collect their data, and if you believe a child has given us some, tell us and we will delete it. We may also update this page as our work or the law changes, and when we do we will change the date above and tell you directly about anything significant.

Terms

This website is here to show what we do and to begin a conversation. It is not where any binding agreement is made. Noetikon designs, builds and runs AI products, custom agents and automations, and trains teams to use them, and anything we take on for you, whether a Nex subscription, a custom build or a longer engagement, is set out and agreed separately in writing. The scope, the price and the terms of that work live in that agreement rather than on this page.

The live demos on this site are there to illustrate how our work behaves, not to provide a service you can rely on. They may change, or come and go, without notice, and you should not put real or sensitive data into them or lean on their output for anything that matters.

The words, design and code of this site, along with our name and marks, belong to us. You are welcome to read, share and link to them, but please do not copy or reuse them as your own without asking first.

We build with care, but this public site and its demos are offered as they are, without warranty, and the commitments we actually make to you are the ones written into the agreement that covers your work with us. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on this site alone. These terms, and anything arising from your use of the site, are governed by the law of Greece, and any dispute falls to the courts of Athens.
